The following terms and conditions and any other related rules that are adopted by Heritage Jewellery and made available as provided herein (collectively, the “Shipping Policy”) shall apply to all sales of products that you (“Customer”) may order from Heritage website only. This does not include any items purchased from a stocking.
1. If an item(s) that you have ordered is present in our inventory, it will be shipped to you within 3-7 business days. It can take between 3-6 business days in transit.
2. Made to order or Customised products can take an approximate time of 3-7 weeks for delivery. Different products have different lead times which can be clarified with our team before placing an order to get a more accurate estimate of delivery time. The jewellery is handmade and goes through quality checks before it is dispatched.
3. Approximate lead times provided are guidelines and do not account for any delays caused by courier delays, natural calamities or unavoidable circumstances.
4. Tracking details are sent to the customer via email once the order is dispatched. For further information or queries, you may contact us through the “contact us” page.
This return policy is applicable to all products sold directly by Heritage Jewellery.
In order to maintain the strictest levels of hygiene, sales are final sales and no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
Heritage Jewellery shall bear no responsibility for products lost or damaged during shipping or any delays caused due to the shipping companies and no refunds will be processed from our end.
Any queries related to an order received MUST be emailed or communicated within 3 days of receiving the order. We can offer to fix items damaged in post.
Shipping costs for any items sent back to us for damaged items or repairs will HAVE to be borne by the customer. At this moment we do not offer free return postage.
